HYDRO EXPERT NEEDED!!!!

I have seedlings in the rock wool cubes, at what point should they be placed inside the pots for the first food and drain? and what should be flood and drain time be for plants this small?
I was thinking maybe only once a day for 10 minutes being that they are so small...

Any input appreciated

when you see root hairs starting to show out the bottom of the cubes (little white tips)

not sure on cycle... beena while for hydro... but I'd run 2x a day for 10 minutes... just to ensure good exchange...

later you'll obviously need to up the frequency a bit...

Ok guys need some Help i calibrated my control wizard 24/7 nutiernet meter, I have a 20 gallon res, filled with RO water. I added 20mls of Grow, 20 mls of Micro, 10mls of bloom, 15mls of cal/mag, 20mls of prozyme and 1 tablespoon of black widow and my PPM's are reading 18. How can this be? I have an air stone in there aswell

My calculations where way off, i just added more grow, micro, bloom, prozyme and cal mag. Will let it set in the res for a bit to get well mixed up its already shot up to 30ppm's

your doses sound a little low for an 80+ litre tank? I dont know the recommended strengh of your feeds but 0.25ml per litre seems like a very low dosage (20ml into 20gallons)

Yea, I was thinking the same. Sounds suuuuper low for feed. I doubt you're supposed to be at 1ml/gal of feed for micro, and .5ml/g for bloom, right?

This is a bad start! My PPM is around 40, and i have added 80mls of Prozyme, 60mls of grow, 60mls of Micro, 40mls of bloom, about 80mls of calmag, 2teaspoons of white widow. AND on top of that. Just from my observation the water level don't seem to be going high enough and getting into the hydroton in the pots. O YEA and my ph is swinging from 5.5 back up to 6.2 pretty quickly. I am using RO water and without nutes the PPM's was 4
