Indoor Lykaboss Random Auto Grow

Lets hope!, this is my first attempt at hydro and so far, its going decent. I was really nervous about jumping into it. It got more expensive then i though but the ease of the overall system is great. I am either going to add another 3x3 flood table and put in say a 50 gallon res to feed both tables or... i will just get a 3 x 6 table in there. Not sure on which configuration will be the best for the upgrade. But... i have to make it through this one first haha

How do the roots grow below the pots? How much space do you reckon they'll need?

I am unsure but i seen a nice diagram, i wish i would have saved it, of a setup just like mine, it shows the 1 gallon pot filled with hydroton and a rock wool cube in there, and basically you have an area of about half an inch below the cube that stays dry. I have googled alot of flood and drain setups and this 1 guy had a grow journal and he was pulling over an lb in a single 3 x 3 flood table doing an SOG style grow. I currently flood it twice a day for 15 min, once at 10 am in the morning and 8pm at night. Seems to be working great. Growth is definitly faster then in previous soil grows i have done

I see, so you can play a lot with what you want her to do. So the obvious question is... What are you focusing on? I'd be aiming for root growth so I'd throw a lot of P every once in a while between veg feed.

here is my current nute solution in the res,
20 gallon res with RO water
30mls of Oneness, 30mls of Sea Cal, 15mls of Structual Integrity, 75mls of Prozyme, 20mls of flavorful, and 3tsp of white widow. This has as of to date put my ppm's at 300. It has gone up from 230 ppm's due to the use of General Hydro's PH down. I heard smaller res's are harder to maintain, think i might try advance nutes PH down to see if its more stable. Kinda a noob in this area lol
