Hey all.

A little about me, im Norwegian and have grown allot in the past, used to be allot on OG as well. My grow experience is limited to regular grows and this is my first auto. I have been away from growing and marijuana community's for some time and even tho i read allot on forums i still have some basic questions.

First when do you guys pollinate your females ? i just pollinated one of my girls 2 weeks into flowering.

Second when (if you use) do you start using the PK 13/14 ?

On regulars i use 1 ml a liter from second week in flower and 5 ml one time at week 4 or 5 depending on strain.

Here is some pictures from the grow, started 22 December 2011

Had some PH difficulties and overfed them by a mistake once and burned some tips on leafs :help:

Any help with the questions would be good.

cheers.:toke:

Nice looking plants you're got going. Should be a nice harvest for you.

Two weeks into flowering is about right for pollination. By then the flowers are usually developed enough. I like to give a little PK13.14 from around week 6 through 10, especially if I see any signs of a P deficiency, which can be common with some auto strains, particularly in soil less mediums.

Here's a couple of things that might help you to understand the life cycle of autos and when to harvest them.

Thank you Muddy. Im hoping for some good smoke, been awhile :P

I read you post and i agree on the timing issue, that you have to add a week or two on the description from the seedbanks. Still i never seen someone grow a lowryder F1 (not the same as a lowryder 2) for more then 7 weeks flowering.

This strain is a lowryder F1 and has 6 weeks flowering not the normal 9 / 11 ones. So that's why i am uncertain when to compared to a regular strain.
Normally i seen people use PK 13/14 from week 5 or 6 as a one timer, so that's about 60 % of its flowering time. So that should then be around end of week 3 for a 6 week flowering plant.
I am just thinking loud here :P

Just want to show a few pictures of the harvested plants at about 65 to 70 days from seed.

All are TRUE lowryders, not the joint doctors cross to make lowryder 2.

I depends to a degree on when you switch them to flowering nutes. If you switch at week 4 when they first show their pre flowers they can finish in the time frames that the seed banks advertise. But if you wait till the vertical growth stops, usually in week 5 or 6, it will add that extra two weeks to the finished time. Yes, takes longer but the up side is increased yields.

Great looking plants. It's been years since I've seen a grow of the original LR1.

Thanks :) yeah i am pleased so far, smoke report a little later tho.

Btw i used 1 ml PK 13/14 pr liter water, from week 5 in 3 watering. They where flowering by week 4. And feed bloom from week 5.

Some gram numbers

nr 1: 16,5 grams
nr 2 Mrs 6Pack: 45,5 grams
nr 3: 26 grams
nr 4 Twin towers: 34 grams

Not to bad, breeder says up to 30 grams.

Update on the last to be dryed. 52.75 grams dry. Super dens and almost hard buds.

Super stoked about the results from this run :)

Those are some nice numbers on your yields. LR 1 was not noted for exceptionally high yields. 53 grams from one is outstanding. Congrats and + rep.
