New Grower Low Stress Training Guide : Descriptions and Pictures

Thanx Atrain

The reason why I ask is because my Auto is quite small but it's only 2 weeks young.

I always want things to go faster. I am not an auto grower and did 2 auto's in my whole grow career so I'm still a auto noob. Will be growing more auto's in the future though.

Fantastic @A-Train . This was explained great and showed how its done with the photos in a perfect way. Thank you very much. Exactly what i was looking for. Respect.

Love this thread. I have a blue mystic that's almost 3 weeks along, decided to start LST today.

First picture at the very left is when I tied it down initially. Next two pictures show the bit of progress that's it's made just within the couple hours. [Had watered it the day previous and fed it some 'ff grow big' nutes.

Thank you for the thread!

Updated picture of the blue mystic from the above post. 3 weeks and some change since sprouting.

She grows - I tie.

So many shoots/tops underneath, aside from the ones on top. 13 in total I think as of right now [8 visible in the picture with one being hidden under a leaf].

I'm in love with LST. :frog:

A normal day at the AFN, browsing trough random posts - Love it!

Great info and great pictures! This is one of the best picture guides I`ve seen on LST of an auto strain! Well done, @A-Train
I think that LST is something that comes with practice as long as the individual grower has the guts to try and fail a few times

Thank you for taking the time to set up this post, and thank you @mr plantas for filling in with your work as well!

Guys am I on the right track with my lst like this? Support stem and then bend over top? Or is this bend too extreme?

thanks yeah i'm being gentle, i actually wish i had smaller bendy pipe stuff its a bit thick, the black stuff i have is just basically plastic rope. they have grown a fair bit just from this already so will have another look in a few days and see what i can manage. it really is time consuming though on 5 plants lol can only imagine doing it on bigger grows!
