Ok so here we go. Got tired of only getting 10g or less per plant so I am testing out some new soil makeups and feedings to try to come up with some better yields.

All 4 pots will be running @mephisto sour crack seeds so at least there is the one constant. Growing in a 4x4 tent and all in the same size 3 gallon pots - I thought they were 5 originally but I was wrong. 2 pots will be running the same soil makeup and the other 2 will be different. One pot will be getting only tomato feed (a la @HubbaBubba and his KISS grows), one will get only water and 2 will get @Tangs easy feed schedule. Here is the breakdown of soil and feed:

1) sphagnum peat moss, perlite, worm castings and a soiltab pellet. Feed: tomato feed

2) Biobizz light soil, worm castings, bat guano, black pearl, soiltab pellet, little extra perlite. Feed: Tang easy schedule

3) same soil as #2. Feed: plain water unless major issues arise then I'll change to one of the other feed options.

4) Biobizz light soil, soiltab pellet, added perlite. Feed: Tang easy schedule.

For lighting I have 2 600w LED's, one light for each 2 plants. One is a Sunspect 600 (about 280-290 actual) and the other is a Mars-Hydro old style 600 (350 actual) that I picked up on their holiday special they ran. Both at about 28" above tops of pots for now.

I have 3 small 6" fans and a large oscillating fan for movement plus an additional 4" intake if I need it. Also have a humidifier in there as without one my rh can drop to 15% easily. Even with it the highest i get is about 35%.

Seeds put in water on Sunday the 24th, after a good 24 soak and sink they were moved directly to their final homes on Monday the 25th. I will update as often as I can - hopefully 3-4 times a week or if issues arise then as necessary.

I think that's about it. If anyone has any tips or suggestions to help me out please chime in, or if there is other info you want just ask.

Here is my tent all cleaned and prepped and ready to go...

sad that you only been getting 10g/plant,reminds me of my first year of growing.
you got an excellent lookin set up.
look forward to regular updates, and wish you big :growing:
ive heard of hanging damp towels to raise humidity, but as it pisses with rain here most of the time ive no idea if it works or not.
goodluck:pighug:

I tried that before with towels but had some annoying gnats that liked to make their home in any available water. I think they were from my previous soil so as long as i can keep them away I may try that again.
Thanks for the positive vibes...can use all i can get!!

ok peeps prepare yourselves for a stupid question.
there isn't some kinda new fangled contraption something likes an un-de-humidifier or a de-un-humidifier ? :gary:

Too many de- and un- in there man!! lol
Yes you can get a dehumidifier if that's what you're asking...if humidity is too high. My problem is the opposite- way too dry where I live.

yep id heard of the dehumidifier.just wondered if there was something but in reverse.well other than a kettle that is :gary:

no I don't want one,i thought you had low humidity.damp towels is a kinda patch rather than a fix.i was just thinking out loud.sorry for the confusion.:pighug:
and I might also be more than a lil stoned.no im not im just testing terps :gary:

Oh gotcha...no worries man!!
I have a humidifier but it only does so much. Maybe I need a better one but the one i have does much better than not having one at all.

If you want humidity, put some water in a bowl and blow a fan on it, also dont use much extraction, unless you absolutely have to due to heat issues. Also no reason to run 2 lights for 4 plants in relatively small pots, put them as close as you can together and put one light on them, for the first 2-3 weeks at least. Looks like you could put all 4 pots on one of the trays maybe even. No reason to waste electricity when they arent even above soil yet, unless you really wanna. Dont put the lights too close early on either, let the plants grow to the lights. You should be able to tell when they can utilize another light, basically when leaves start to overlap significantly or coverage isnt good with just a single light, then give it to them.... Will be watching! GL
