The turkey has been in and going to check it soon. Didn't expect it to be a 25 pounder but that's what the wife got. So far I got a pic of the veggie platter my wife made and I got to remember to bring my phone down so I can get other pics as it starts getting put out.

I didn't make it back downstairs in time before the turkey was carved. Here are most of the pics that I got to take before the vultures attacked me out of the kitchen so they could fill their trays.

Looking amazing as always.... im up early getting things ready today for what in my area is a holiday of its own......

Prepped our first run of vineson summer sausage yeterday as well... they will be on the smoker today along with a turkey and more chicken wings than you can shake a stick at...

>> O3- I have to wonder about ground decarb'ed bud for flavor,... with nearly all the terp's driven off at that point, what's left but grassy essence? Maybe an olive oil extract may have more flavor with the terp's getting held some by the oil..? Hmm, a coco rub,..thinking a mole derived theme here!.. with various chili's, like pasilla, a little chipotle for some smoky flavah,... on pork or chicken! Gonna have to experiment on that!
