Started out looking for stuff to use garden zucchini in for dinner, and ended up with brunch. Was a lot tastier than expected, so posting it up.

Some eggs, parmesan, oil, parsley, salt, pepper, sliced zucchini, chopped red onion, and some biscuit mix. Bake it up for a zucchini and onion pie:

That crock put stuffing chicken sounds interesting. Always fun the way a slow cooker can combine flavors of stuff in new and delicious ways.

It's so easy. 4 ingredients. Set it and forget it. We'll make biscuits or crescent rolls with it... Its hit hour 9. Won't dry out from the broth....
