If anyone brines their pork or chicken, I have an awesome brine recipe that will add a smokey hickory flavor to your meat, if anyone wants it.

Soon...down to my last portion of pulled pork out in the freezer, so going to need to pick up a pork shoulder soonish.

Thinking about making some sriracha and black pepper jerky but that's the extent of what I might have planned for now.

Thats awesome man. I had no idea you were a buthcer. Its extremely hard to find a true butcher here anymore. A consistant one atleazt... we could get along just fine.

Heck yeah! Our butcher is always booming. I think its heresy to live in the country and not have a butcher in town lol and there's about 3-4 near processing places to go if you don't process your own kills/meat... Good stuff...
