@Waira  Yeah buddy, bud and grub! Yeah, that unit is everything you need. It constantly circulates water at a precise temperature. All through Bluetooth. That hunk of meat was pork tenderloin cooked med rare then seared on a wicked hot flat top. Check out Joule by ChefSteps. About $200, worth every penny.

High everyone

I got some of that Heavyweight Strawberry Cheesecake on sale for only $15 an eighth "because they are small buds"

They are. Small that is. Not much to look at in a jar, not very heavy but surprisingly firm and crystalline if you look up close.
The vapor is tasty, smooth to the end and uplifting/relaxing all at the same time. Only a few tokes are needed-pain relief is instant, and the high lasts couple of hours.

Honest, I would consider growing this, and thanks to superficial buyers who don't take a closer look, I get it for less than 5 bucks per gram. :yay:

I want a souse vide! It looks like a great way to make decarboxylated infusions while preserving terps! Oh yeah. And food.

Last two batches of cannaoil I made, I'd de carb in the oven then add it to a jar half full of coconut oil. Let that Bob around for a few hours at 190f and you're set!

 Thanks Seabass! This bares looking into,... I have the seal-a-meal already  ... that pork looks like it just melts on your tongue!

... a little dinner porn from tonight... Chateaubriand steaky! ..pepper, herb salt, Coleman's mustard, granulated garlic/onion, hot paprika, crushed rosemary, oregano, thyme for a rub.... and a dijon mustard, Rufus Teague Steak sauce, Worcestershire, butter/oil baste,...

 Nice feeesh Duggy! I'm not a fan, but those chessey 'taters I'll make a meal of alone! ... beet salad looks lovely,.. I think you covered your anti-oxidants and omega-6 deliciously-

... Ok Seabass, now you're just being cruel- Your Hollandaise sauce looks killer! ..reminds me to get Canadian bacon at Costco,...

>>>> :headbang: Memphis style dry-rub ribs on the way,.. no sauce allowed! :eyebrows: Pics later,...

.... As promised, here's the recipe... :greencheck: Fresh whole seeds are the ticket here... aim for a fairly course grind....
-- 2.5T salt
--2T brown sugar
--1.5T sweet Paprika
-- 1.5tsp Oregano; 1tsp Thyme
--1.5tsp pepper flakes
-- 2.5T pepper corns; grind these separately from other seeds to course,...
-- 2T mustard seeds
-- 1tsp cumin seeds (give or take to taste)
-- 1.5tsp fennel seed
-- 1.5 tsp celery seed
-- 1tsp caraway seed
-- 2tsp granulated onion and garlic

...Grind the rest of the seeds together; the pepper is tougher and takes more time to grind right,.. if the other seeds are in there, they get too fine by the time the pepper is good,...
... crust it on generously :smoking:.. this should make enough for 2 med size racks of baby backs,...
