I went with the opha myself.... very good. Like sword fish it has more of a meaty chew to it but still tender.
 
@Waira is correct i would love to get after those mud bugs thats one of my faves.

Sorry you have very few choices on this menu there bud it is a seafood joint lol...

The wife had a plate of these. Each pair was from a different area. Pretty cool how the taste change from washington to alabama to virginia

I dont partake in the oysters myself. Its the only food i have ever had a reaction to. Im 2 for 2 on being VIOLENTLY sick after eating oysters ..... im not trying for the third. They say they are a natural aphrodisiac so ill order them by the dozen for Ms.Train.... :headbang:
 
@bushmasterar15 welcome to the foodie thread. Glad to see ya here. Its lretty much been about 5 of us running this 45 pager good to have a new face dont be a stranger.

Im heading to feed the future of dinners in the train house...

Some may disagree with me but if being a butcher paid more.... i would totally quit my job to be one. I love the buthering and processing and cooking of meat. Its my happy place

Traditional roast dinner for a Brit,Roast chicken,bread sc,gravy,buttered cabbage with honey roasted root veg and a Yorkshire pudding ,thanks for the help when I made my plants sick
