So yea....gots to make me one of those soon. Hadn't heard of that dish...looks amazing. Found a couple recipes for it round the 'Net and going to have to give it a go. Thanks for sharing!! :thanks:

Grocer had a good deal on some ribeye's so reverse searing them up on the pellet grill. Don't pick up steaks often. Going to be a good dinner night. mmmmmmmmmm :cools:

He'll yeah man. Hoped they turned out well.. I lost a bit of my manhood but my wife cooks a better steak than I do and it never touches a grill.... it's all in the meat selection she says... she gets a pan hot as hell... then lays a little salt and a TON of pepper like a crust on the meat for about 5 min. Then sears each side for 1 min in the skillet. Then in the oven at like 375 or 4 for five to ten min and boom... that steak is delicious.

O3- Don't tell me, you scarfed it down before you could snap finish pics!

:crying: Ahahahaha! A-T' my man, you could do that just fine, g'on! But then again-- how phat is that, having your lovely wife cook you up a superb steaky-steaky! I like how she rolls,... I've not tried that method, but it's pro-grade and takes skills,.. flash sear and oven finish,... .... I love my cast iron pans for this, nothing but nothing browns like cast iron! Burgers, steaks, whatever, that carmelized crusty goodness is Flavor City,...:headbang: ..do you like Cajun seasoning?

I've got a little barbacoa leftover if anyone wants to celebrate national taco day.:chef:
Chipotles in adobo used to provide the fire...mmmmmmmmmmm :hothot:
