Hope all are doing great here, I spent my birthday yesterday with some Dr appointments and then time with my family in the evening.

#FingersCrossed you feel better soon............ ......you are bound to be feeling worn out......it is relentless.

It has been the past two years with all the surgeries. On the 30th I’m heading under the knife again on the left shoulder this time to fix torn rotator cuff and torn bicep muscle, then whatever else they find wrong inside. Today I should be going back to my podiatrist Dr as I fell last week and can’t put pressure down on my foot again. Hope I didn’t crack the fused bones with all the screws, staples and plate in there that’s been holding it together.

Okay I’ve got the tent setup with the new Autopot easy2grow single aquavalve and the garden tray. I’m running Green Leaf Mega Crop nutrients and FTG Infinity board for lighting. Extraction provided by AC Infinity with controller and Vivosun oscillating fan. Coco coir prepped and autopots...
