Well this is a canna forum which is why thats tolerated as long as not getting into singling out political parties as your perceived reasoning behind what u don’t agree with! Why you and I are limited as to who we can bash on for keeping us in the canna stone age!
When I do it i just take it out of bag and bring to room temp on the counter in a bowl under a towel then spread out after it's risen some . But i really have no clue why I do that
The yeast will make it proof and rise more overnight and get a less tough consistency to the dough! U do need to do something to keep moisture level up! Same technique as making bread for a sub sammich shop although they tend to have proof boxes to hold bread at temp and keep rh locked in!
