Starting Jan. 1, police officers across the state will be required to tell drivers why they’ve been stopped before they can start asking questions. Agencies will be required to track whether officers are complying.

Good day my stoned to the bone friends!
I’ve been harvesting and processing my weed. I need to get another set of bags ready to go again. I got sicker than shit 3 days ago and can’t kick it. Went and got antibiotics, steroids and an inhaler. Last 3 nights have been hell sleeping in the recliner. Screwed up the Christmas festivities for me. The wife, kids and dogs will party for me.

Such is my fate. If I wasn't a hard headed mfer I quit the cigs and switch my cannabis consumption
to caps and vaping, I'm working on it.

Edit - ok, so I'm sure like 99% of cops are mostly on the level. But my beef is with them turning a blind eye to the 1% piece of shits instead of reporting them.
