I haven’t had a boiled hotdog since grade school. Grill or microwave for me
If I do brats, I boil them in beer, then grill. Makes them SOOO much better.

@Lil Dab It makes them so much juicier. Like Johnsonville brats (I get the store brand knockoff)
I get a $1 foil pan from the dollar store and a $1 Honey Brown tall boy of beer from the gas station.
Fill the pan with the beer, put it on the grill on high and let it simmer with the brats for about half an hour.
Then transfer them straight to the grill to finish them up.
