I have several people trying to slide shit into my schedule before the end of the week. I'm like, my dude, I am not giving it my all this week, you better save that shit until January.

Like my dude, use the google machine, it can do all of that. No one can tell you exactly what will work for your situation.

Just buy a kit. Every company makes a full kit...whats hard about that. I dont answer questions like that anymore.

So, @JP1 .....hows the micro working for you.......any plans on a macro?

The micro is fun. Haven't noticed any lasting effects, but feel great for a couple hours at a clip. Definitely have plans to macro but I rarely get a couple hours at home without the kid around. Hopefully I can get a day around the holidays

Oh Yeah...the set up is the key. Absolutely no responisbilities to infringe on the mind and knowing you have a good 12 hours of free time.
