I eat crispy bacon when Im in the mood for it or Im crumbling it in or on something. But if its just bacon on a plate its gotta have a little chew to it.

It's all about the resistance of the heating element my friend. Lower resistance produces more wattage, which produces more heat, and a much quicker heat up time generally. This of course is highly dependant on the overall mass of the heating element.
Forgot to add that like many other devices, the Seahorse is basically a mechanical device with protection, and 3 step voltage type control. It functions per Ohms Law.
Very true but peak and carta that franks referring to use temp I assume he meant same temp on both devices one hits harder. So I assumed it has to do with the negative pressure inside the chamber. Which is why a bigger chamber gives you a bigger hit. The proxy works the same way I believe different setting are different temps which is controlled by wattage
