When it's bad I can usually put the headphones on, boot up a movie or binge a show and get most of my attention on that so the pain stays in a little box in the corner of my brain......any interruption though ( like wife wanting to talk or dogs wanting attention ) and it fills the room again.Makes sense…..when the pain conditions first started and it was all new, I felt like I lived in a constant brain fog. At one point I seriously considered the idea that I had lost a significant portion of my brain function permanently. Turns out….my brain was busy saying “ ouchie ouchie ouchie” over and over again for a few years
