If I don't have to take a piss, I will have a muscle spasm or a Charlie horse, or something that wakes me. But if I take a nap during the day I can't get to sleep at all! And that is no matter how stoned I get, sure I might nod out for a minute or two but that's it, a minute or two and then bang I am wide awake again!

ditto on the nap thing. An afternoon nap buggers the next night's sleep usually be keeping me awake for hours past when I would normally fall asleep at night.
