I was born into the restaurant/bar business. I used to say born with a fry pan in one hand and a scrub brush in the other. Working for the family is servitude so I did many other things in my work career. Computers figure in to about 20 years but I drove a truck, did a lot of agriculture. Worked construction and automobiles. Commission sales. My wife is a trained chef and was an executive chef for almost 20 years in the hospital industry - when they were serving fine dining - mostly to the staff I tell ya she fattened up more than a few nurses.Uh, manual? Real men don't bother, they just instinctively know how shit works.
It was with great interest that I noted your job as high end caterer. There had to be a reason for all the fine looking food. Some of the lunches you serve yourself are fancier than dinner for friends at our place. Top points for prep and presentation!
