Hopefully what I did end up putting in there doesnt hurt her too bad. Im never opening and not smelling first again thats for sure.

It was closed, I figured it would be better but I did use about 3/4 of the gallon when I first mixed it, forgot to finish it off. Oh well whats done is done, we'll see if I got lucky over the next week

@4wiscoLegal420 certain nute lines will start smelling pretty quick. Others don’t at all. If I have a jug of nutes that sits for a few days if it starts smelling at all I don’t use it. Idk if it would be bad but I think of my plants like any other living thing. I wouldn’t drink something that developed a bad smell so I don’t give it to my plants. There are obviously things that smell bad right away like fish emulsions and things like that. Those are different. I have given my plants smelly nute water when I was feeding gold leaf one part but that stuff starts smelling after just a few hours. I stopped using it.

That’s why I couldn’t use nutrients in the earthbox reservoir! Not many things that’ll just mix together and sit without issue waiting to be used up! Megacrop u can but that’s a dry fertilizer not an organic liquid!
Oh no this was definitely not normal fert smell. It had definitely spoiled at least a little bit. I dont think it will cause me problems and honestly I probably could just throw a dose of sledgehammer in and just flush it all back out. Im watering by hand btw. Thinking about automated irrigation for the next run though. Maybe some kind of dripper or an autopot maybe...Idk yet, its a pain to water like this but I like having that level of control
Im thinking about switching to a dry fertilizer. Liquid nutes are kind of a pain and they definitely seem more geared towards automation than watering by hand.

I water by hand as well. And I know the smell you’re talking about. I have thought about automating watering but I like watering by hand and getting in there and looking at my plants sometimes.
Time to smoke up on that purple plague. Only able to get an 8th of it so do I throw a nug in the bong or do I just use the spoon......im thinking bong
The exact reason I do it too. Its just this girl of mine is so short I basically have to move half the plamt out of the way just to get the spout in there and thats after I removed pretty much all the lowest growth already, about 3 to 4 nodes worth and its still hugging the rim of the pot!
Lets get the party of one started lmao. Also yall prefer to break up buds with a grinder or by hand. Im old fashioned, I hate using grinders
