Mystery solved. I wondered where all the morning bun icing collected.

Good thing i figured this out quick! Had to change valve cover gasket and after finishing and getting home dashboard lights went crazy! Luckily i figured out before popping hood that dude that helped me prob forgot to plug in a wire harness when he replaced the vacuum line on back of cover! Freaked me out at 1st!
