Anybody got any advice for this houseplant? @Suki @Mossy @Bill.de.Cat ? It was a cutting a month ago and been struggling the whole time :shrug: There's like 3-4 vertical roots but that's about it so definitely not root bound

Looks like you got a mid cutting so any new leaves are going to most likely smaller than the original leaf if there was a node left intact when it was taken. Browning on the albino sections are not all that bad, most likely stressing from change in atmosphere ( where it was rooted at and kept until you bought it and put it in that spot in your house ) Light difference, humidity etc.. You could fasten 4 poles in the corners of the metal table and do a wrapping of saran wrap to make a lil greenhouse to keep humidity high around it. Light levels don't seem to be that intense so that is most likely the culprit.
