Looks a bit different from our garden. Ours is white and ~minus 18C (~0F). My cheeks (the ones on my face that is) are still burning from the dog walk.
It is sad and difficult to see a beloved pet in pain, and worse when no one yet knows how to help her. Most pet owners have been there, and it is no fun at all. Good luck with it, I hope the vet's attention helps.

Sukipup yells at us when we come home. Not barking, literally yelling lmfaoMy boy had a pretty American Bulldog that would talk your ear off............with inflections and varying volume. It was like she was trying her best to communicate to you. Strange ass dog!
Fickle little bitch too! When I visited, she instantly flipped from my boy being the alpha to me. Pissed my boy off!

Way back, my family and little kid me would visit an uncle in the country, an uncle who ran a small dairy farm, and who owned a Basset Hound mom with a litter of young pups. When we drove into the driveway, a dozen or so pups would come pouring out of somewhere, all "yelling" at the top of their voices. It was quite a show, I can still hear it over 60 years later.
