Thanks for the reps @Frank the Dank just got back from my buddies house he is running the smaller r-spec light in a 2'x4' and he is just following HLG specs raises it up during veg keeping the proper distance from canopy and raising the dimmer too

Thanks buddy. I’m going to have to be good about controlling stretch…..recommended height in flower is three feet…..in a seven foot tent….and I have to keep 15” space above the light
