Ran into this guy while out for our morning walk. He's one of the up and comers in the neighborhood. We haven't seen the big big guy for a couple of months, maybe the wolves got him. It's fun to watch them grow year to year.

MULTIPLE emails with requests of videos and pictures From another light manufacturer ................. Finally get an invoice for shipping. Paid 4 days ago and still nothing from them.
No reason for a customer service to be like that. Even if I get my part, it's definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.
A good product at a good price is one thing, but customer service weighs very heavily in my opinion.
Customer service and proper execution should be a high priority to a company In my humble opinion.
