Biochar has the ability of removing heavy metal contaminates.

It will definitely do that!
I wish I could make biochar like I did on the farm. I could probably make a decent run, but I would only have pine to work with. I have an aversion to using Pine as biochar. Pretty sure that's just because of Smoking meats background.

I do have a big burn that I need to do! Probably to be safe, that might need to be two or three burns. That's unless I want to call up the volunteer fire department and buy a bunch of beer.:funny:

If I could find four or 5 good 5 gallon cans come on I'd probably go ahead and do that.

Lots of iron in the soil. Usually A clay and very slick in some parts of the nation. Lots of it out in East Texas and quite a bit in Mississippi and Georgia.
