I just grew two of his strains and really like them. However, I wont be buying anything else from the guy. Have quite a few of his seeds and will run them since I have them, but no more purchases. There's quite a bit of "alleged" bad juju out there about the guy.

Business 101: Don't berate your customer base

Yeah unfortunately some business people do not realize sometimes you get the short end of the stick. How you handle it is more important than what the customer actually did to you. Loss due to fraud or dissatisfaction should be built into your model. All seems very high school business class, but he must of missed it.
