Time went forward on Sunday which is why I keep waking up at 845 on my own, since I'm normally up at 745, but that does very little good when that's when they are supposed to be out the door lol.

Hes got a family history of men on his mom's side suddenly dieing at 37ish so he wasn't really expecting to make it this far and now he's faced with the sudden realization that he hasn't accomplished any of the things he wanted to. I've been trying for years to get him to get his GED but he's got this major fear of failure (yay complex trauma and abuse) so he gives up before he ever gets started since its been 20+ years and he doesn't remember how to do any of it. So I think that one in particular really weighs heavy on him.

My grandfather fell over dead of a massive heart attack when he was 44, So I can understand part of where he's coming from. I don't live in fear of dying young, though, because there's so many things going on genetically that could mean I'll live to 100+ years old, Or fall over dead in a few seconds. Why worry about the "wildcards", ya' know?

I know, right? When I saw that, I rolled my eyes and said "Here we go, again." Without getting political, The one idiot that would block any and everything related to marijuana doesn't have the position he did when the last few bills were introduced, SO hopefully this one goes through (and doesn't turn out to be one of those "You have to read all 2000 pages to know what it says." bills again.) It has a lot more potential to make it through based off of that one factor alone.

Rule #1 is don't worry about shit that you can do bugger all about. Rule # 2 is don't worry about the other shit because it is almost never the shit that you worry about that gets you anyway.
