You seem to be one of those who eat a lo, I only do that when others are cooking, I’m to lazy for a full dinner every day. Maybe when i have a lot of free-time in 20 years i will be able to to some real cooking every evening.

No....a full roast dinner is a Celebration now......that is why I Enjoy it... ....I can't remember the last time the oven was on......but I'd guess almost a year ago.......and....in Spain you can't really eat big cooked dinners like you do in the UK to keep the cold out....

In Summer you understand why Tapas rule........
