That's about the same here, power even went out sometime last night, not long probably, just enough interruption to get the microwave and stove blinking "set time"......

We had some flickering but didn't lose it. I was all ready to work now i just want to be a lump and watch the rain

Most of the rain has stopped for now, an occasional drizzle. It is supposed to start up again later this afternoon.
