Im more curious how often u wound yourself?? Thats quite the bandaid collection!

I should have stock in the BandAid company, they are mostly for my wife. She uses a lot of them but occasionally I need one or two myself. In fact I burned a couple of my fingers tonight frying chicken for Chinese Chicken Salad. I was putting the breaded chicken pieces in the pan and splashed hot oil onto them. Shit that hurts. I had to turn the pieces left handed because I could not tolerate having my right hand near the heat. I am definitely not ambidextrous for that kind of work! I used cold water and ice straight away and minimized the blistering. I don't think I will need any BandAids this time.
