@Frankthetank Different Countries...different health care.........I got scolded after kidney stones in Spain....coz the Doc said they are purely down to dehydration......

And....Touch Wood......since then.....if I feel that pain buzz in the back...I drink watter like I'm trying to Drown from the inside....... ....and it has always stopped it.

Also...if you are Prone to Stones.........it is Worth giving yourself a Flush once a year..........Preventative...But.....because of your kidney problems...you'd have to check with a Doc....

I Recommened them ...........

I’ve never had stones….and am of the opinion they come from a combination of dehydration like you say, oxalate rich foods, and mag deficiency…..for the most part.

Being a desert rat…and having all of the desert survival training, I’m very conscious of water intake. ..
