...I bought a mango to make some mango chutney for our ribs....
Then I Thought Hello...I Wonder what Fig chutney would be like.....I am going to have a LOT of figs........soooo....I gave it a Try......
Same ingredients as the mango one...and it is Fine........
...I'll see what it's like with the ribs.............
Hubby nearly choked on the ginger and chilli....but it needs to be strong to compete with the ribs........
