Yep! Was poking around to seeing if anyone else had been stumped too and if they had a solution. Defoliating defiantly helps! My Hvac sux in the basement. but that would be the solution along with ducting outside. Was gonna put in a mini split system in, but don't know how long I'll be in this property. Reding the the whole HVC would be 17-20 grand for this house

I haven't clicked with those guys for some reason. Friends keep tryin to get me to shows. Obviously good musicians, but always sounds like Phish Lite to me...??? the guys guitar seems awfully familiar...they're the hottest thing in hippie ville right now that's for sure
