Hey @InkAddict$ and @Mrs.InkAddict : Get a fire extinguisher. Stick it in a cabinet in the kitchen. That's the sort of emergency that can pop up in a new place.

Also it's not great but you should pick up a can of the Starbucks instant coffee for emergencies. If you can't be arsed to drive, the coffee maker is out, or you're out of regular coffee, but if the stove works you can heat water and stir in a spoon of this to survive.

I’m going to buy one today since I just checked and it didn’t come with one , I haven’t had instant in so long probably since I met @InkAddict$ but I’m definitely going to get some today we have a gas stove , I looked up one cup of coffee ( iced caramel macchiato with almond milk ) for delivery right now is 22 bucks smh no way .
