That's a pegleg out here,
A hog leg has a serious bend in it, like a real hogs leg. Usually a joint that has spent a few hours in the front pocket of your jeans, all damp, bent and crooked when pulled out, that's what we call a hogs leg, LOL
 
I use to do 1000 every other day and 500 burpees at 100 at a time with 5 push ups... that 1000 push ups with 500 burpees.....I use to be a beast...I won 1st place pull up competitions I could pull 25 rest 5 sec and pull another....25 now I'm lazy still cut though...
 
Wow! I used to do sets of 50 pushups 40 years ago... 5 slow ones now. Since I was always climbing trees or sailboat masts, I can still do several sets of 10 pullups though, and back and forth on the monkey bars multiple times. In da joint in my 30's I was doing 18 sets of 10 pullups every other day. One o' me nicknames was Popeye, because of my forearms. Now at 72 and with the infirmities of aging I'm just trying to survive. My refugee kids run me ragged.
I hear ya..I'm only 39 need to get back at it...but I'm so busy all the time...I could probably be good with 300 push up and 300 squats call it a day...every other day..muscle has memory and just that would build me back up..on top of my munched eating habits...lol I'm a night eater...
