I'm curious about this as well. Those symptoms also sound like the plant didn't get enough nutrients throughout its life for unknown reasons (nute lockout, grower mistakes, etc.) so I find it hard to jump to HpLV without some sort of differentiating factors.

Ya that stuff isn’t just gonna one day show up inside your house without u bringing it in from something infected! I know from experience u can have a whole plant turn yellow from just over or under watering it so if it’s something that drinks less or more then usual unless u constantly pick the pot up to determine when to water u can have it get off track quickly and it will act just like a plant that has a nutrient lockout!
