I like mine but it reads the same as my old ass cheap COM-80. Love the pH meter though

My $10 ph meter is as accurate as my more expensive ph meter too.

Decided to do a compote to go on top of the goat cheese for the crostinis instead of waiting for grilled fruit lol. So, honey balsamic strawberry pineapple compote it is lol.

I think jalapenos are fruits/berries

Gonna hit it with this when it comes off the heat, it's a lighter/crisper flavor profile than the standard balsamic. And some cracked black pepper.
