I start taking probiotics before the antibiotic and every day for weeks after, Real live culture yogurt, sour kraut, kimchi, Bubbies fermented pickles and all seem to help me?

I know what won’t work…..

I needed to change the reservoir yesterday so in the morning I diluted what was in the tank and turn on the fertigation pump. I got all wrapped up in current events and ran the res dry and burned up my pump What a maroon . Fortunately Amazon had the pump in stock and delivered same day. I only had to hand fertigate twice before it showed up .

I've been doing all my natural stuff, but is not going quick at all.
The buttermilk I drink is highly cultured and very thick and creamy. It usyally does the trick by itself, but even with other things, it's just taking its sweet time.
