Yup trust me they will have it in your file, like this: "marijuana user" or "meth user" or "patient suffers from alcoholism" . They HAVE to do this cause people try to sue doctors all the time for someone dying or whatever and these notes along with dates really come in handy. I'm not pulling this stuff outta my ass just telling you what I see from my father in law. My wife works for him so hear them all day on the phones and in the office.

Federal HIPAA law (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) supposedly prevents doctors from sharing your personal medical records without your permission. Nonetheless a lot of people have access to it (insurance companies, other doctors, any office that requires you to sign a HIPAA release before they'll talk to you).

If you could see a x;ray of my body you would crap like the docs do when I need broken ones fixed from racing Over 50 screws and plates and I feel great

I’m honest with the docs…..and they’re government docs (va). They can kiss my ass if they’ve got a problem with my chosen method of medicating. I tried it their way….and it didn’t work.
