Good Morfnoevight All............. shit it takes me all day to catch up to you chatty Live Stoners.
@PinkyNotTheBrain the first thing you want to do is stop listening to all these doctor Googles here! I have had IBS for 20+ years. I am gluten intolerant based on actual tests! I cannot eat anything from the Bovine family, A piece of steak or hamburger has me in the fetal position with the pain you are describing. I have many other "triggers" as well. Guess work is not going to help you, get tested. This is what the food allergen test results look like. This is the third time I had this set of tests done. The reason beef and other triggers does not show up is because those items have been successfully removed from my diet. I was still having some triggers that I did not know about Peaches and Gluten turned out to be the culprits I was hunting for. The gluten problem showed up in the stool tests. The point is there are tests. The other thing is to write down everything you eat in a diary. It may help you spot an obvious offender. How I got Blue cheese is a mystery because it has been eliminated from my diet for many years before this test. Secret ingredient or cross contamination most likely.
Stress always make an attack worse!
The point is get professional help.
