I wanted a press for Italian Sausage Sandwiches, shaped like sourdough bread. I could not find one anywhere so I made one today. I pressed my homemade chicken Italian sausage into patties and the freeze them. The flavor gets better from freezing. I will vacuum seal them tomorrow.

I had a run in with law enforcement earlier. Let's just say they had a bad day. A minor inconvenience on my part but, as a brown man it could have been much, much worse.
