Just go find the nearest bus stop and take a socket wrench with u! Problem solved and money saved! :eyebrows:
:pighug:
Idk if that's gonna fit my aesthetic  plus, hostile architecture and all, so they make them extra uncomfortable. Plus barely any of our bus stops even have seats/shelters, most of them are a sign at the curb.

Is it just me or does it seem this dude purposely lit his hair on fire before the bong hit?

When I was an alter server a kid lit his (heavily product-ed) hair on fire by leaning over his torch before we started the exit procession. It was not close at all but the heat was enough to ignite it.

So now all that's left is to do another layer or two of bricks around where the cacti will be, get them planted and topped off with Lava rocks, and then mulch everything else lol. Then it will be just letting everything grow till the spring bulbs come in the fall! I'm very tired  Oh, and I still need to find a bench. But I think one, maybe two more days and the front will be done!

Yellow is where I planted my gladiolus, green will be tulips, purple will be hyacinths, red will be daffodils and crocus.

There's a father/daughter team around here that has a small business and they take old donated cast iron benches and rebuild them and sell them for habitat for humanity. The benches weigh a ton so probably cost prohibitive to ship but might give you some ideas. We had them rebuild a bench that was totally destroyed that was in the yard of our first house together and was completely falling apart. No wood left at all. We were using the iron pieces to hold down the kids bball hoop... Now it's a badass bench with black, purple, and gold details and lives in our garden. I'll get a picture of it tomorrow when it's not dark outside

Its not like a super urgent, more of a "would like to get it in before things get too big and in the way" lol. I've got a fair amount of stuff meticulously crammed into a rather small "garden" so I'm having to be rather picky. I'll check the thrift stores but if it comes to it I'll probably end up building it myself. Lowes had literally *one* bench and it was a display and was covered in bird shit. Home depot had NONE. The hardware store had one that I liked ok but it was black steel with a green patina and it burned hubby's thighs through his shorts when he sat down. I would have had literal welts if I'd tried it. The garden center had one that hubby liked but it was pricey and idk how I feel about blue and gold in that setting and also not a huge fan of sitting on concrete. Checked Ikea but all of their stuff is too modern. More than likely I'm going to end up building one lmao.

I find it rather irksome that patio furniture is everywhere but you can't find a damn garden bench anywhere lmao. Also, why is all the patio furniture so HUGE? But seriously, why does lowes have 20 different gas fire pits but no garden benches?!
