Every project with hubby in the history of ever:
Him: Asks me for help/opinion/input
Me: Provides input/broken tile to use as guide/solid information on the physics involved in a diagonal wobble
H: Disregards everything I say
M: Bites tongue because I know he'll get pissy if I push the issue
H: Places tile
Tile: Wobbles worse
H: "Son of a bitch"
M: Points out where problem is happening
H: Gets irritated, continues to ignore what I say
T: No longer even height with tiles already down
H: WTF!
M: Gently point out yet again what's causing the issue
H: Gets pissy and tosses down tools "why don't you fucking do it then?!"
M: "Fine go ahead"
T: Still not right
M: Gets down on the ground and physically shows him what I mean
H: "Fine!" Does what I said needed to be done an hour ago, then puts down tile
T: Edges match perfect, no wobble
M: Does it my way, with the guide
H: Puts down tile
T: Only the tiniest of wobble, on the corner that I couldn't use the guide to even it
M: "Put your weight on that corner" smoothest sand under corner/edge causing the wobble
H: Steps on the tile
T: Doesn't move
Literally, every project. You'd think he'd have figured it out by now. He knows I think/visualize/see in 3D but
I evened the next 3 in 30 minutes lmfao. If I could lift/place the tiles myself I'd have the whole thing done by now
