Also, WHY is it that all the info I'm finding leans specifically on running everything in hydro? Are people just afraid to have soil in their house? Cause I'm sure as shit not setting up a hydro grow for the sake of veg when I'm not even willing to try it with canna lmfao. If I were to do it I would be using living soil in either EB or EB style knock off DIY SIPs.

Researching growing veggies indoors currently and keep seeing mention that "herbs and leafy greens are easy, root vegetables are middling, while fruiting plants require more time, patience, and effort" does that mean that growing tomatoes/cukes etc indoors is harder than growing canna indoors? Or does that assume that people don't have experience growing plants indoors?
