Well, it's raw and ferments in the can. If you open it under water you won't get sprayed if it has developed some pressure. Helps contain the stink too! I give one a little swish and then cheese butter bread gone!Fermented herring? That smells so bad you have to keep it underwater when you open it? What about the trip to yer pie hole?
