I hate those damn things...only thing you can do is keep cutting them out, I haven't found anything that stops them yet...roundup, gas/disel/oil mix.....nothing...if there is a smidge of root left in the ground, it will grow..

I’m 6’ 180 lbs…..down from about 245 over the past few years. I don’t need to lose any more, I was attempting a different diet to see if it would improve my arthritis a bit….it didn’t lol.
