If you are passing out some sunshine, I'll take some. Been cold and wet for weeks. One sunny day that I can remember, then back to cloud, cool, and rain. Mold city if I had girls out there, which, fortunately, I don't.

Damn snowbird retirees!
I turned down a job at the cogen plant at Tropicanna. I think it was in the Bradenton area. They gave me a rental car during the interview process, so I drove around a bit. LOTS had changed since the late 70's. I'm a pretty careful driver and even more so in a strange area, so I was on my toes.
Good thing too! It was the first of the month and all the retirees were out and about. I had so many close calls, I just went back to the hotel!
That and memories of a hurricane, led me to turn down the job. Damn nice job with lots of bennies. Although I really wouldn't have a upward path as a cogen plant shift supervisor. Next step up was entire plant engineer.
