My God man, that is awful. I hope she heals this time. Looked into Vitastem yet? Chances are her Doctors will know nothing about it because it's so new to the market.
I know it's expensive, but it just may be worth it brother. :peace:

That little surprise you received reminded me of when my Mom showed up one Friday with 3 different varities and several DOZEN sweet potato slips........................totally unannounced! I had to bring in garden space that was ready, but wasn't prepared.
I grow sweet potatoes in mounded rows, so I had to break out the tractor and implements. She was there when I got off work and by late Saturday morning, I was putting down a THICK layer of compost on all the planted beds. One variety was ok, but the other two were MASSIVE producers. One variety should have been harvested quite a bit earlier, as it produced HUGE potatoes. I thought, Great....Stringy potatoes. Not the case! I had MANY football size taters that were just as smooth as smaller ones.
ALL had to be double wrapped when baked, because the 'sugar' would find a way out of the foil and make a mess.
At our office Christmas party, I told everyone that I'll bring candy sweet potatoes as my dish and only use one tater. I brought proof with pics as I made it. My secretary took home the leftovers after everyone had their full. I was actually the best candied sweet potatoes I had ever made.
I had so much, I had to build a root cellar! And that was after my Uncle sold a TON of it....literally. Both Mom and Unk told me that their Grandpa would be proud as hell of my harvest. At one time, he was considered the Sweet Potato King of his area. That was his cash crop.
